Light Bulb Time

T was telling me about a program relating artificial sweetners to strokes and heart attacks, particularly in women. What good news. So I cut down (not out) on sweetners and guess what I drank less of?? Yes coffee. It's not the coffee I'm craving it is the artificial sweetness that I pour into it! Here I thought I was a caffeine addict and it was sugar (even though it was fake sugar) all the time.
I really understand 'craving' the best when it comes to sugar and flour. Once I start eating those substances I just want more and more. I NEVER have that feeling of craving when I'm eating lettuce and tomatoes, i.e. real food.
